Tell us a bit about yourself. How did you get into freelancing?
My name is Chichi and I am from London. I am a freelance beauty writer and I run a beauty blog. I got into full-time freelancing last year in February. I simply worked harder on my blog, set up my business website, set up a profile on PeoplePerHour and started searching for clients. Before I took the plunge full-time, I already had a client lined up and that encouraged me to make the leap full-time.

How does freelancing compare to a 9-5?
I find that freelancing allows me to have total freedom, control and flexibility over my own work and schedule. I can work when I want, where I want and I make time for other things too.
What benefits have you found by using PPH?
PeoplePerHour has helped me to find work with clients and I can find advice on freelancing here. I can source work related to my skill set – copywriting and content writing.
