why is now its always take three days (min) to transfer funds from escrow to pph account after buyer accepts an invoice. ?.

Hi Kelly! if you receive this post, i only rely on you because you always resolve our problems, i am stuck with Money Withdrawl issue since 15 feb. I issued a Withdrawl request on $650 on 15th feb 2018 to my PAYONEER account and after 5 days pending status, the money was reverted back to my PPH . it was told that there is a huge load and technical issues.
