Ever come across a really amazing freelancer on PeoplePerHour and you want the world to know about them? Well now you can easily spread the word, with the introduction of the Facebook Like button on PeoplePerHour Freelancer’s profile. If you’re a PPH freelancer yourself, you can also get your friends and business associates to Like you and spread the word of your good work.
Sounds great, how does it work?
- Simply find a PeoplePerHour Freelancer you think rocks
- Go to their Profile page and click “Like”
- If you’re signed into Facebook, this will now show on your FB wall
Here’s an example. We’ve used Nick Horrocks because, as regular readers of this blog will have noticed, we’re big fans of his work. We went to his PPH profile:

We then clicked Like (while signed into our Facebook account) and Nick appeared on our Facebook wall:

Do I need a PeoplePerHour account to use the Like button on PPH?
- Nope, all you need is a Facebook account.
Spread the word!
If you’re a PPH Freelancer, why not ask your friends and work contacts to Like your PPH Profile? Who knows what work will come your way via the power of recommendation? We also plan to do our bit to spread the word in the future as we’ll be able to celebrate the most Liked PPH Freelancers on Facebook.
More news! Import your education and experience from LinkedIn and Facebook
The Like button is for everyone who has a Facebook account, but if you have a PeoplePerHour account a few weeks ago we launched the ability to link them together. Now we’ve added a feature to that, so that anyone with a PeoplePerHour account that is linked to their Facebook or LinkedIn account can easily import their education and experience to their PPH Profile.
