An Update on Money Withdrawal Delays

   

Dear PPHers,

We would like to apologise to those who have been affected by the payment processing delays.

Due to a technical issue with our banking partner, some of you might be experiencing issues with receiving funds into your bank account. We would like to assure you that it is a temporary delay and we’re doing everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please bear with us while we’re fixing this and we’ll update you on the progress shortly.

Update (Dec 13th): We’re pleased to inform you that all payment issues have been resolved now. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    why is now its always take three days (min) to transfer funds from escrow to pph account after buyer accepts an invoice. ?.

    My account has been deactivated bcz of unknown and secret reason with all the money i had earned in 5 months lost …. great service … will never use this site

    Hi Kelly!

    if you receive this post, i only rely on you because you always resolve our problems, i am stuck with Money Withdrawl issue since 15 feb. I issued a Withdrawl request on $650 on 15th feb 2018 to my PAYONEER account and after 5 days pending status, the money was reverted back to my PPH . it was told that there is a huge load and technical issues. OK fair enough then after waiting for some days thinking your issues are solved, i again issued a Withdraw request of $700 on 28 feb 2018 and still after 3 days it says pending. moreover again support desk is saying there is huge backlog or load or whatever. can you please help me Kelly and explain what is the problem and when i will be able to have my earned money transferred to my PAYONEER Account . just to let you know in parallel the transfer of some money from FREELANCER.com to my payoneer took just 2 days.

    my account has been deactivated and there was 180$ in my pph account, how can I withdraw my money from it?
