UPDATE: Chat Support Suspended

   

Hi PPHers,

As you know, we like to keep our community updated on changes, updates and temporary technical work that needs to be carried out on our platform. It is absolutely crucial that we keep on top of our technology, products and features to ensure we are providing you with the best possible service. With that in mind, we would like to let our community know that our online chat support (the little chat box on the PPH website) is currently suspended as we are revisiting our support channels.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.

    I’m really glad about that. It was acting like a an annoying ad and was a trouble specially on smaller screens. I wish you could remove all annoying features one after another.

    This is really disappointing I found the chat feature invaluable at times and without a phone number as well contacting you guys is now going to be slow and tedious. Email only is a poor way of communicating especially if there is an urgent issue that needs to be solved quickly and not over 24/48hrs. Chat worked incredibly well and I hope it goes active again asap! Yet another poor decision guys!

    A phone contact would be useful, I have an open account issue that has not been sorted for about ten days, no updates, its a simple why have you not paid into my bank issue, not impressed so far!

    I got blasted with PPH Web & YouTube ads and I finally gave this site a chance. I assumed, with all the money spent on advertising, PPH would have a polished web platform / infrastructure but this is not what I experienced. Although I connected with a talented animator that helped me complete my first project quickly, the lack of communication features will make it difficult for me to continue using the service. I need alerts & communication on normal phone/chat/email channels with hired freelancers which don’t require me to continuously sign in on and refresh a webpage through a web browser.

    The chat feature was very useful. I am saddened and surprised that it’s been dropped. It was quick and responsive. I hope you put something equally as quick and effective in its place sooner rather than later.

    Totally agree with Chris, such a shame and is worrying if urgent assistance is needed. Have used and relied on the chat feature enormously. Email support does not give quick enough support.

    Hello pph why you suspended my account? i have submit all my documents and other requirement and i did not violet rules of your sites then why you suspended my account?
    i have balance in my account too.
