It’s almost that time of year again!
We wanted to give you a heads up for Payment Processing and our Customer Support Team during Christmas and New Years as we know that some PPHers may continue to work throughout the festive period. It’s important to be aware that over Christmas and New Years, payment processing and support may take a little longer than normal due to the public holidays. Even our support Ninjas need a break so we’ll be closed on the UK bank holidays including: Boxing Day December 26th and Christmas Day substitute December 27th, we will also be away on New Years Day substitute January 2nd.
We thank you for a great 2016 and for your continued business with PPH. We look forward to providing an even better experience in the coming year and are working on many new improvements that we are excited to be launching.
